The Regional Assembly (RA) was established on March 10th 1990 by The League of European Coalition ,The Russia and Great Dominion.
The headquarters of the Regional Assembly eventually became Saint Petersburg (The Russia), which received the support of the then strongest nation in the area (European Coalition).
The Regional Assembly is composed of the following administrative bodies:
1) General Assembly
2) Security Council
3) General Congress
4) Economic and Development Concil
5) Legislative and Law Concil
General Assembly (GA)
The largest and most important organization of the region. In the General Assembly meeting all States of the region to discuss, draft and vote on matters relating to the region.
The main purpose of the General Assembly is to develop international law, to assist in the creation and development of international treaties and organizations, forming a mediator to assist in diplomatic solutions to international conflicts, to assist in the development of international relations and in international trade. The long-term goal of the General Assembly is to develop international law and cooperation.
Administrative power of the entire Regional Assembly is the Board of Directors, consisting of six members, elected by all member nations through the Great Assembly. BoD manage and organize the activities of the institutions under the management of RA (Concils, organizations, projects, etc.).

Security Council (SC)
The Security Council is one of the most important organizations in the world.
The role of the Security Council is keep world peace and to fight with threat of a large international conflict. His long-term goal is to prevent the possibility of global conflict.
The Security Council shall consist of five members.

General Congress (GC)

The main role and objective of EDC is to promote and spread new technologies (developing modern society, whether in the economy or other sectors) between the nations of the region, thus increasing GDP, living standards and technical level across nations.

RTA - Region Trade Association Is a association under the control of EDC (RA) for a common organization of international trade (as a means to save resources that nations spend for the organization of international trade through private or public agencies).
RCA - Region Culture Association Is a association under the control of EDC (RA) for protect, exchange and restore of cultural heritage of all over the Region.
Legislative and Law Concil (LLC)
The role of the LLC is a supervision of political disputes and possible assistance in humanitarian, epidemic and legislative crises of Nations.
Organizations under the LLC:
RC - Regional Court fulfilling the function of the International Court of Justice. Supreme judicial authority at all, serving as the citizens of member countries of RA and directly nations and also for the assessment of international crimes (especially crimes against humanity, but also violations of international treaties and conventions, as well as violations of international law and agreements).
RHO - Regional Healt Organization, for cooperation in the health sector, the pharmaceutical sector and in particular for common solutions sudden health crisis (natural disaster, epidemic, etc.).
